planters, foremen and supervisors. We have always
put our planters first as we believe their safety and
overall happiness is the highest priority not an obligation.
We focus on building lasting friendships with our planters
and positive working relationships with our clients. We
have many strong planters and management and this is what
has made us a great company.

PROVEN TRACK RECORD
Over
the last 7 years we have worked hard at keeping these principles
first and foremost and have done a good job at this.
With
a large number of our original planters and foremen still
working with us and the same 3 original clients from our
early days- as well as 4 new clients that we have been with
for the past 4 years- people seem to like what we are doing.
We
have a large number of returning planters and foremen every
year over the last 7 years and continue to work with the
same direct award clients since 2002.

SUPERVISION
AND TRAINING
Our
owners are in the field supervising contracts with an emphasis
on supporting the foremen and planters in their day-to-day
efforts. We hire great people, give them excellent training
and constantly strive to improve.
