We are proud of the strong relationships we have built with our clients. 3 of our main clients have been with us since Day 1 and 3 others have been with us for over 3 years. We focus on quality planting, efficient production schedules and strong organization to keep our planters working and contracts finishing on time.

SEASON DETAILS

Our shifts are 4 On - 1 Off
Four day shifts which allow the body to recover and keeps planters motivated and injury free.

Our season averages 65-75 planting days
A long season with opportunity to work on other projects post-planting

Camp sizes average 40 people
We enjoy getting to know one another and smaller camps keep it personal.

Crew sizes are mostly 6-packs with select 12 person crews
Small crews are more efficient and flexible to complete blocks with minimal downtime .

Bush camps are new and well-organized
New kitchen and shower trailers, heaters in our mess and dry tents and ample space let you make lunch, eat and relax in comfort. Camp costs are $25/day

We give our cooks a sizeable food budget to keep you well fed and full
Creative, top-quality cooks provide a variety of delicious and nutritious meals

Industry allowances put more money in your pocket
Remote Worksite Allowance is offered to those workers who qualify.
