2007
was a great year at Dynamic.
Strong
organization, excellent contracts and a great team of
supervisors, foremen and staff meant our planters were
well supported in their work. Our top planters were all
over $28 000 with an average of $400 per day. We had a
total of 70 working days including our early start contracts,
a full season of spring and summer work and an opportunity
to extend your days with our backpack spraying contract.

2008
is shaping up to be another strong season. With more direct award
work and higher prices throughout it looks to be our best year
yet. Our size is a bit smaller than past years and we will continue
to have a hands on approach by the owners as to ensure everything
runs smoothly.
We are continually trying to make things better for all of our
workers most importantly the planters, as we are only as good
as the people we have in the field.
Planters are the ones that have to make thousands of decisions
everyday and it is imperative that they are given all the tools
they need to do their job.
In the last 7 years we have been able to maintain a large number
of great planters and they have contributed to our efficiencies
over time. Basically, the more experienced planters we have the
less expenses we have. This translates into better prices for
the planter.
Dynamic is a tight, positive group who work hard and take a lot
of pride in their work with a high regard for quality and safety.
It is so many great people that have made our company a success.

SEASON DETAILS
Our
season will begin April 15-20th and will continue to July 15th-Aug
1st. There will be a short break in June in between spring and
summer for most crews. The types of ground varies between projects
from easy-prepped, flat raw ground to steep semi-coastal and fill
plants. All of our spring work is in the Williams Lake area while
our summer is in Likely, Horsefly, Houston and Mackenzie.
We
are owner supervised and are in the field everyday with the crews
to ensure a smooth running contract and to address any concerns
that may come up day to day. We still work 4 and 1 shifts as these
are the most efficient to enable proper recovery for planters.
Along with adequate rest we also feel that quality food is important
to healthy planters. We have some great cooks with a high food
budget, as we believe that planters need to be well fed to be
happy, safe and productive.
Our backpack spraying season begins shortly after planting ends.
In 2007 we had great contracts with some very high average wages
earned. The crews did very well with some big numbers for rookie
sprayers as well.
Even with little or no experience, if you have a strong work ethic
you can learn how to spray well in a short period of time. We
are putting our crews together now for next August. Apply now.
If you are interested in joining us for the upcoming season or
would like some more info please feel free to contact us at any
time.
Take care and happy planting.
